YouTube’s Expanded Editing Capabilities and Bulk Moderation Tools
YouTube recently announced important updates that could benefit ministries with digital outreach. Firstly, the platform is lifting its 6-hour limit on video editing, allowing for greater flexibility in managing longer live streams. This change, slated for implementation by the end of the month, will allow your video editing team to make necessary edits even on extensive live streams.
Additionally, YouTube introduced a significant improvement to the moderation of comments. Previously, bulk actions on comments were limited to the ‘held for review’ tab. Now, the bulk moderation feature extends to the ‘published’ tab, enabling more efficient content management. Ministry content moderation teams should note these updates for smoother workflows.
